• Any additional services not expressly included in the initial agreement will be billed separately at the applicable rate.

2. Payment Due Dates

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
• Certain services may require advanced deposits or retainers, which will be applied toward the final invoice.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or delays of services until the account is current.

3. Collections

• If an account remains unpaid after repeated attempts to collect, we reserve the right to refer the account to a third-party collections agency or pursue legal remedies.
• The client agrees to reimburse Sterling Tax & Accounting PLLC for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, court costs, and administrative expenses.

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
